Position: Web Developer
Location: Dieppe, NB (Hybrid Model - Remote work possible)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with office-based and remote work options

We’re searching for a skilled Web Developer to join our team and bring Figma designs to life in Webflow. This role involves designing responsive websites and optimizing them for a variety of devices, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build responsive websites in Webflow based on Figma designs, optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
• Manage and update existing websites in Webflow and occasionally WordPress.
• Collaborate with clients and our design team to ensure cohesive UI/UX implementation.
• Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize sites for search engines.
• Configure SSL certificates, CDNs, and domain settings to enhance website security and performance.
• Integrate tools such as Google Analytics, CRM solutions, and marketing automation into Webflow websites.
• Use ClickUp and Microsoft Teams for effective project management and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Webflow development (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in creating fully functional, responsive websites with Webflow.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles for web, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and basic SEO principles.
• Knowledge of SSL, CDN, and domain configurations.
• Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and improving website performance.
• Proficiency with ClickUp and Microsoft Teams for project tracking and team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom Webflow adjustments.
• Interest in growing additional skills, such as:
  • Web interactions and animations
  • CRM configuration and integration
  • Marketing automation setup and deployment
