About the Role

We’re seeking talented and motivated Webflow Developers to join our design team. This freelance position offers flat daily pay to design amazing Webflow websites and landing pages for our clients. Your compensation will be based on the number of Webflow projects you deliver.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive marketing websites and landing pages using Webflow and Figma.
• Optimize and update existing Webflow websites, ensuring high performance, SEO, and responsiveness.

How It Works

• Once accepted, you’ll receive daily notifications about Webflow projects matching your skills.
• Use our dashboard to review project details, deadlines, and communicate via a private Slack channel with clients.
• Bi-weekly payments for completed orders will be direct-deposited to your bank account.

Compensation

• Earn a flat rate of $100-$200 per Webflow task.
• Enjoy bi-weekly payouts and bonuses/incentives without the need to pitch or search for clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Webflow and Figma.
• Experience with the Client-First Style System for Webflow.
• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS and SEO principles.
• Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused.
• Ability to meet a 48–72 hour turnaround time for projects.
• Deliver a minimum of 2 orders per day and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Remote and freelance flexibility to choose when and where you work.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills, with excellent typography expertise.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
