Role Overview:
As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our marketing web platform, working closely with marketing and business teams to deliver a performant, brand-aligned, and user-friendly site. This position is a unique opportunity to lead the frontend development for our marketing site on Webflow, manage landing pages on HubSpot, and integrate analytics tracking, collaborating with our Director of Web Optimization and PLG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive and modern web platform vision aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Web Development: Own the creation of interactive web pages featuring animations and video; launch and update landing pages with high-quality frontend execution across browsers and devices.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, integration, end-to-end, and load testing to ensure development quality; support QA automation.
• Localization & SEO: Build multi-lingual site capabilities, supporting SEO with best practices like canonical tags, structured data, and hreflang.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Develop project estimates, choose efficient development approaches, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Analytics & Integrations: Ensure smooth lead and signup flows to downstream systems; instrument the site for analytics and A/B testing.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: 2+ years of Webflow experience, with a strong understanding of HubSpot, Chili Piper, Outreach, Iterable, Demandbase, Mutiny, Salesforce, Amplitude, GA4, and Intercom.
• Frontend Development Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Project & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead marketing-focused frontend initiatives while working with cross-functional teams; strong communication skills for articulating technical solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date on web and SEO best practices, with familiarity in tools like Figma for design.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Portuguese is a plus.
