We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Wordpress Admin/Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of six WordPress websites.
• Ensure websites are fully functional, secure, and up-to-date with the latest WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Configure and manage add-ons/plugins for essential functionalities such as calendar management, content editing, and other custom needs.
• Collaborate with the team to implement design elements and upload content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including broken links, performance problems, and security vulnerabilities.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates as necessary to meet design requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Document website management processes and updates for team reference.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a WordPress Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Familiarity with popular plugins such as Elementor, Yoast SEO, WPForms, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and essential PHP.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

It's preferred:

• Experience with calendar management tools and their integration into WordPress.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of web hosting platforms and basic server administration.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position part-time varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position includes a 1-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
