Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage website projects, primarily using Webflow, for clients in tech, SaaS, and startup industries.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, while proactively addressing challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to deliver high-quality results.
- Leverage tools like ClickUp to track tasks, prioritize work, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Provide feedback on design iterations through Markup.io.
- Manage QA processes to ensure websites are responsive, functional, and performance-optimized.
- Handle client requests such as content updates, minor functionality tweaks, and other improvements.
Who You Are
- An experienced Project Manager with a strong background in website development projects, especially on Webflow.
- Technically proficient, with a solid grasp of web development best practices.
- Skilled in Client-First workflows and able to guide teams on technical aspects.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
- An excellent communicator, adept at managing client relationships and coordinating internal teams.
- Knowledgeable about SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Familiar with tools like ClickUp and Markup.io, with experience in reviewing and iterating on designs.
- Available to work 20+ hours per week, within ±2 hours of UK business hours.
