The Challenge

We’re looking for a motivated (Junior-) Webflow Project Manager to oversee creative projects for leading global companies. You'll ensure seamless communication between clients and developers, manage workflows, and guarantee pixel-perfect Webflow deliveries.

Your Responsibilities

Client Communication: Understand client objectives and align them with project goals.
Workflow Management: Coordinate Webflow tasks, plan timelines, and monitor deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Review Webflow projects to deliver pixel-perfect results.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows for better efficiency.
Team Motivation: Inspire the team to consistently deliver outstanding results.

What You Need to Succeed

Webflow Proficiency: Familiarity with Components, Client First, CMS, and other Webflow tools.
Project Management Experience: Background in managing creative projects (e.g., Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.).
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
Proactive Mindset: Self-driven with a sense of autonomy and accountability.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).
Creative Insight: Understanding of how innovative content drives business success.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and Funnels.
Experience in the SaaS industry.
