Position Description
Realign (Jobtest.org) is seeking a Freelance Webflow Designer with at least five years of experience in web design and web development. This is a unique opportunity to independently manage projects from initial stakeholder discussions through design implementation and quality assurance (QA). Based on performance and mutual interest, this role could potentially lead to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead web design and development projects from concept to deployment, focusing on Webflow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, finalize designs, and implement them.
  • Create and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that emphasize visual consistency and quality.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end quality assurance (QA) on all projects to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Integrate animations and interactive elements to enhance the user experience as needed.
  • Leverage design systems and Webflow CMS capabilities for cohesive, scalable designs.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in web design, web implementation, and Webflow development.
  • Proven expertise with Webflow and CMS platforms; a Webflow-first design approach.
  • Ability to independently manage full project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to QA.
  • Knowledge of design systems and animation (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Compensation
$25 - $35/hour (based on experience)
