We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. This individual will have a proven track record of creating high-quality, functional websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. While this position is remote, we are seeking Canadian citizens to fill the role.

The Role

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, with a strong focus on user experience and brand alignment.
  • Develop responsive, functional websites using Webflow, adhering to best practices for performance and accessibility.
  • Collaborate directly with clients via email and video calls to gather feedback, clarify project requirements, and present progress updates.
  • Create visually compelling social media content tailored to various platforms.
  • Integrate third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms) to enhance website functionality and client workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Advanced knowledge of Webflow, including CMS integration, animations, and customizations.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and implementing Google tools (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML and CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to design intuitive, results-driven interfaces.
  • Experience working with other website builders like Shopify or Wix.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
  • Ability to conduct QA testing to ensure design consistency and functionality across devices and browsers.
  • Skills in logo design and brand asset creation are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
