About the Role

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of two businesses, Happyforms and The Theme Foundry, which have an established customer base and high-quality products but have seen minimal growth in the last two years. They’re stable and easy to manage (mostly requiring customer support and maintenance), but there's an exciting opportunity to grow them with fresh ideas and hard work.

What You’ll Need

• A strong sense of responsibility and urgency to get things done efficiently.
• Curiosity, persistence, and a go-getter attitude.
• A love for autonomy and decision-making.
• The ability to work hard and own tasks both big and small.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing.
• Bonus if you’re an experienced WordPress developer (PHP, HTML/CSS, WordPress) with a keen eye for design and business acumen. If you’re not a developer, bring a plan to address this gap.

Responsibilities

You’ll be in charge of managing every aspect of both businesses. This includes customer support, troubleshooting, feature development, and marketing. You’ll plan and prioritize your own work, and your performance will be evaluated on results, not hours.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary of $30,000 USD, plus a share in any profit growth you generate. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere.
