About the Role

InVitro Capital is looking for a skilled and innovative Wordpress/Webflow Web Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites that empower small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative and technical background, with the ability to craft visually stunning, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and mission. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless website functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Build and maintain dynamic websites using Wordpress and Webflow, ensuring scalability, performance, and responsiveness.
• Customize and enhance websites as per client and project requirements.

Custom Design Implementation

• Transform design mockups into fully functional, aesthetically pleasing websites while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Implement custom layouts and designs based on business and marketing needs.

Content Management

• Regularly update and manage website content to ensure it aligns with current marketing campaigns and business goals.

Plugin and Integration Management

• Implement and manage plugins, themes, and third-party tools to enhance website functionality and capabilities.
• Ensure all integrations align with business objectives and improve site performance.

Testing and Troubleshooting

• Conduct extensive testing across different devices and browsers to ensure usability.
• Resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal site functionality.

SEO Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Work with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies into web development.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure websites align with InVitro Capital’s business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative concepts to life.

Performance Monitoring

• Continuously monitor and optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and ensure high-performing websites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience developing websites using Wordpress and Webflow.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with CMS customization, plugin integration, and theme development.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
