Role Overview:Lead developer position managing WordPress and WooCommerce platforms, focusing on:

• Backend optimization
• Security maintenance
• New feature development
• Team leadership (hiring 1-2 developers in 3-4 months)

Key Projects:

• Optimize website loading speeds
• Enhance Hepper.com e-commerce experience
• Clear existing technical backlog
• Lead development team expansion

Technical Requirements:

• Advanced WordPress Development:
  • PHP/MySQL
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Build tools (Webpack/ViteJS)
  • Composer
  • Git/GitHub
  • SSH/Terminal proficiency
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Documentation experience
