About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CRO / Webflow Developer to join our team and optimize our digital platforms for maximum user engagement and conversion rates. In this role, you will combine front-end development skills with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise to build, test, and refine personalized experiences on our websites. Working closely with our design, analytics, and marketing teams, you’ll implement strategies that elevate user experience and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development:
  Develop, test, and launch responsive web pages using Webflow, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across all devices and browsers.
• UX/UI Enhancements:
  Translate wireframes and mockups into high-functioning web pages, improving navigation, interface design, and overall interaction.
• Data-Driven Insights:
  Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to analyze user behavior and conversion barriers. Use findings to make actionable recommendations.
• A/B and Multivariate Testing:
  Design and execute tests in Webflow Optimize to validate CRO hypotheses and measure the success of improvements.
• Performance Optimization:
  Ensure website speed, SEO, and performance are optimized. Regularly conduct tests and make adjustments to improve load times and user accessibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align CRO initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Document CRO outcomes, prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, and share data-driven insights with stakeholders to guide ongoing improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
  At least 3 years in front-end development or a CRO-focused role, with significant experience in Webflow.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js. Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Analytical Mindset:
  Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make well-supported recommendations.
• UX/UI Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with experience implementing user-centered design solutions.
• Attention to Detail:
  High standard for quality in coding and testing, with a commitment to delivering error-free, optimized web pages.
• Communication Skills:
  Strong communicator who can work collaboratively across teams and effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Analytics, CRO, or front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.
• Basic experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow.
