What you’ll do

• Generate ideas and deliver innovative designs that set us apart from competitors.
• Translate business requirements and technical constraints into user-centric product improvements.
• Design seamless, responsive web experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
• Support and maintain the Design System and Brand Style Guide.
• Collaborate closely with designers, CRO specialists, developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver impactful solutions.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative designs and knowledge of the latest web trends.
• Strong visual design skills, including color, typography, layout, and brand identity.
• Proficiency in Figma and expertise in animation.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for collaborative work.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Bonus skills

• Basic understanding of digital analytics and CRO.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
