Remote CRO Designer Position - Spiralyze

About Us:Spiralyze is a 180-person US-based agency specializing in data-driven A/B testing and website redesign for major brands. We're proud that 50% of our leadership started as remote entry-level employees.

Role Overview:Work with our ideation team to transform wireframes and insights into high-converting designs for A/B testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Creates stunning, versatile designs
• Adapts to client brand requirements
• Collaborates effectively with teams
• Fights for good design while prioritizing mission
• Values open communication and feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years UI/UX design experience
• Expert-level Figma skills (style libraries, handover files)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks
• Current with UI/UX trends
• 4+ hours overlap with EST (New York time)
• Strong communication abilities
