About the Role

We are hiring talented HubSpot CMS Developers to join our Web Design team. This freelance position offers flat daily pay for helping clients with their website development needs. Compensation is based on the number of HubSpot CMS tasks you deliver.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using HubSpot CMS Hub.
• Create and customize HubSpot templates, modules, and themes.
• Ensure responsive designs with cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL code.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality websites.
• Complete tasks within 48 hours of assignment and incorporate feedback.

How It Works

1. Once accepted, you’ll receive daily notifications about HubSpot CMS tasks matching your skills.
2. Access our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines.
3. Communicate and collaborate via a private Slack channel with the team.
4. Submit bi-weekly invoices for completed tasks and receive direct deposit payouts within 2 business days.

Compensation

• Flat rate of $45-$150 per HubSpot CMS task.
• Bi-weekly payouts for completed work.
• Performance bonuses and incentives.
• No need to pitch or search for clients.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with HubSpot CMS Hub.
• HubSpot CMS Developer Certification required.
• Ability to convert high-fidelity Figma designs into functional HubSpot websites.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with HubSpot’s design tools and template builder.
• Good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and adherence to 48-72 hour turnaround times.
• Capacity to handle at least 1 task per day.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Nice to Have

• Additional HubSpot certifications.
• Experience with HubSpot theme development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Portfolio of HubSpot CMS projects.

Working Style
