Role Summary
Bridgewood Creative is looking for an experienced and talented Head of Design to lead our design initiatives. Working directly with the founder, this person will oversee all design projects hands-on, from concept through to final execution. They will manage client relationships and deliver outstanding work that drives our creative direction and ensures exceptional quality. This is a leadership role suited for a strong communicator, efficient worker, and detail-oriented designer. This contract position has the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all design projects, working in Webflow and Figma to produce outstanding product and web designs.
• Collaborate with the founder to set and uphold design direction and high-quality standards across deliverables.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with design deliverables.
• Create visually compelling and functional designs across web, product, and graphic assets, including logos, banners, and social media graphics.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
• Serve as a design leader, consistently producing high-caliber work and supporting team growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Webflow and Figma product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proven graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling digital assets.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to pixel-perfect design.
• Experience managing client feedback and delivering projects on time.
• Must be based in the USA.

Compensation
Contract role with potential for full-time based on performance.
