We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a passion for solving complex problems and experience in designing for technical products. In this role, you will lead user interface design across the organization, significantly influencing the user experience across our product lines.

Position Summary:

As a UX/UI Designer at Xpansiv, you will analyze current workflows, conduct user research, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support our strategy. Your goal will be to design an integrated UX/UI workflow that fosters a more intuitive self-service model across our product suite. This role will require close collaboration with our engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams to align with our organizational goals and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate: Work with Product and Tech partners to strategize, design, and develop seamless user experiences across our ecosystem.
• End-to-End Design: Contribute to projects from end-to-end, embracing roles as a researcher, strategist, and designer.
• Research and Ideation: Partner with tech leads, product managers, and design teams on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, and testing of new product concepts.
• User Advocacy: Participate in customer-centered research and design to advocate for our users' needs.
• Design Solutions: Translate user needs and style guides into elegant solutions for complex challenges.
• Measure Success: Leverage analytics tools to measure the success of designs and support decision-making.
• Prototyping: Create user-flow diagrams, wireframes, and low to high-fidelity mockups; build and iterate interactive prototypes based on client feedback.
• UI/UX Strategy: Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the Xpansiv brand, ensuring consistency across products and contributing to the style guide.
• Product Development: Support various products from ideation through wireframes, agile iteration, launch, and ongoing enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of design experience in a consulting or in-house environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills.
• UX Research: Prior experience in UX research, including planning, facilitating user sessions, analyzing findings, and articulating results.
• Design Systems: Experience in developing component libraries and design systems from annotated wireframes to clickable prototypes.
• Problem Solving: Capable of generating ideas and prototyping concepts rooted in research insights, technology requirements, and business goals.
• Technical Experience: Previous experience designing for enterprise or technical experiences.
