About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive and enjoyable digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital products.
• Create and deliver wireframes, user stories, and journeys optimized for various devices and interfaces.
• Identify and solve design problems with creative solutions.
• Make strategic user-experience decisions for both core and new features.
• Adopt a user-centered design approach, testing and iterating designs rapidly.
• Collaborate with team members, design agencies, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, collaborating with global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related discipline or relevant industry experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable UI/UX design skills.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other wireframing tools.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Experience designing for websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps (Android and iOS).
• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Familiarity with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
