Role Responsibilities
- Design new pages based on wireframes, leveraging existing style systems and brand guidelines when provided—or design from scratch using inspiration sites.
- Translate Figma designs into organized design systems with clear variables and components.
- Specialize in designs for SaaS and tech companies.
Availability & Communication
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- At least 2 hours overlap between 10:00–17:00 or 19:00–21:00 CEST for occasional meetings (most communication is via Slack).
Required Skills
- Experience: 2+ years as a UX/UI designer or a portfolio with 10+ completed websites.
- Figma Expertise: Proficient in variables, auto-layout, components, and creating design systems.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and balance.
- Micro-Interactions: Capable of prototyping animations and micro-interactions using Figma.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Webflow design.
- Knowledge of tools like Relume for optimizing workflows.
- Awareness of common UX patterns for conversion rate optimization.
- Experience creating product mockup illustrations.
