Job Description

We’re looking for an expert-level Digital UI/UX Graphic Designer to take the lead in designing stunning, user-friendly websites and landing pages tailored to the medical spa industry. Your work will combine artistry with user-centered design principles to drive engagement and conversions, supported by a strong cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process for websites and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand standards and target audience needs.
• Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to establish design goals and deliver innovative solutions.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate user flows and design intent effectively.
• User Research: Conduct research and gather feedback to iterate on designs, prioritizing usability and conversion optimization.
• UI Consistency: Develop and maintain cohesive UI elements and branding guidelines for all digital platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest UI/UX practices and tools into your work.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and direction to junior designers to maintain high standards across projects.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on UI/UX for websites and landing pages.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks and CMS platforms like Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and color theory, supported by a strong portfolio.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for seamless collaboration with developers (coding not required).
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
