UI/UX Designer at Mancomm

Full-time

Description

Mancomm is on a mission to revolutionize how people interact with regulations, books, and information. We’re not here to make small improvements—we’re here to redefine an industry. Our team is made up of builders, dreamers, and relentless problem-solvers who are obsessed with making the impossible a reality.

This isn’t a slow-paced, paint-by-numbers design role. We push the limits. We iterate endlessly. We chase perfection. If that excites you instead of exhausting you, read on.

What We Mean by ‘Artist’

For us, an artist isn’t just someone who can make things look good. It’s someone who:

  • Has imagination and the ability to create.
  • Strives for perfection and thrives on refinement.
  • Appreciates science fiction and the limitless possibilities of design.

This is not a one-trick pony role. You’ll be working across a variety of artifacts:

  • UI/UX design
  • Posters and branding materials
  • Icons and digital assets
  • Book cover design
  • Physical design and even figurine concepts

We value designers who bring scope and skill to their craft and enjoy working across multiple mediums. If you like doing all of these things, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Design world-class UI/UX for our products, applications, and digital experiences.
  • Work through hundreds of iterations to get everything exactly right.
  • Push the limits of visual design, creating experiences that are as beautiful as they are functional.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
  • Constantly improve, refine, and challenge yourself to deliver the best work of your career.

Why Mancomm?

At Mancomm, we don’t do average. We build things that people didn’t think were possible. We are setting a new standard for how regulations, books, and information should be experienced—and we need a designer who shares that vision. If you’re ready to push yourself beyond what you thought possible, we want to hear from you.

Sound like you? Apply now. Let’s build something unforgettable.

Requirements

  • A true artist first and foremost—someone with imagination, creativity, and a drive for perfection.
  • A UI/UX expert who understands not just how things look, but how they work. You know the psychology behind design and can create intuitive, visually stunning experiences.
  • Obsessed with iteration. You don’t get frustrated when feedback comes in—you get inspired. You refine, improve, and push designs forward with every round.
  • Passionate about science fiction and the art of the impossible. If you see the future as something to be designed, not just imagined, you’ll fit right in.
  • Fast and fearless. You work quickly without sacrificing quality and are comfortable cranking out multiple iterations under tight deadlines.
  • A Photoshop master. Figma is a plus, but Photoshop is non-negotiable.
  • Experienced working with front-end developers. You understand how your designs translate into code and can collaborate effectively.
  • Not a clock-watcher. If you’re looking for a cushy 40-hour job with minimal revisions, this isn’t for you. We need someone who thrives in a high-velocity, high-impact environment.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health savings account
  • 401(K) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Holiday Pay
