As a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer for our team in Germany, you will join a group of passionate entrepreneurs dedicated to reshaping the healthcare landscape. Our diverse design team includes Product Designers, Brand Designers, User Researchers, Design Operations, and UX Writers, all united in delivering an exceptional user experience.

Your Role:

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and driving product narratives across platforms. Working alongside Strategy and Marketing, you’ll ensure our user journey is coherent and user-friendly. Your expertise in UX writing will help build a seamless and consistent experience across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Product Content: Work with Product Designers and Managers to create engaging, localized copy for the German market.
• Core Narrative Development: Craft and own narratives for product launches, aligning with Product Marketing for consistency.
• User Research Participation: Conduct and contribute to research and testing, adjusting content based on feedback.
• Optimize User Experience: Audit products to simplify, streamline, and enhance key flows, improving UX metrics and conversion rates.
• Design System Contribution: Contribute to the design system (Oxygen) and product glossary, ensuring consistency.
• Guide Best Practices: Educate Product Designers and Managers on UX Writing best practices across the company.

• 5+ Years in UX Writing or Content Design with a focus on user-centered solutions.
• Healthcare Interest: A design thinker excited about solving complex healthcare challenges.
• Skilled Communicator: Able to simplify technical concepts for clear, impactful communication.
• Project Management: Adept at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiar with Figma, Miro, and Phrase.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
• Design Systems Knowledge: Experienced in creating guidelines and style guides.
• Familiarity with AI Features: Experience with generative AI or AI-driven features is a plus.
