Lead UX Writer (f/m/d) – 6-Month Contract

Location: Vienna (with remote flexibility)

Are you a passionate UX Writer ready to help us elevate our in-app content? Join us as a Lead UX Writer on a 6-month contract, working with a collaborative team at our Vienna HQ. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely but with in-person collaboration 2-3 times a month in Vienna.

What You’ll Do:

• Standardize In-App Content: Set guidelines to ensure a consistent tone, style, and voice, creating a seamless user experience.
• Identify Content Improvements: Audit current in-app text for alignment with brand voice and accessibility, prioritizing updates for maximum impact.
• Optimize Content Management: Support the transition to central content tools like Phrase or Crowdin, streamlining workflows and enhancing platform efficiency.
• Collaborate on New Features: Work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Technical Writers to develop content that enhances new product features.
• Mentor and Guide: Offer training to UX Designers, helping them adopt professional UX writing practices and maintain brand voice consistency.

• Proficiency with Content Management Tools: Experience using tools like Phrase or Crowdin to manage content efficiently.

• Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable taking initiative, with the judgment to seek feedback when necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Skilled in crafting user-friendly, technically accurate content for a wide audience, with high-level English proficiency.
