Candidates will be working with top healthcare providers in the country and leverage RPM's innovation to tackle healthcare's biggest challenges - from resource constraints to quality outcomes, to new care models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes to map out the user journey
• Define and implement UX best practices to improve user satisfaction
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and design systems
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual elements across products
• Optimize UI components for responsiveness and accessibility
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior
• Perform A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to validate design decisions
• Gather feedback through user interviews and surveys
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

Requirements

• 3+ years Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
