Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to brainstorm and define new features and enhancements.
- Conduct user research and validate designs with stakeholders.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Communicate frequently with Engineering and Product teams to bring designs to life.
- Work on the entire product ecosystem, including user onboarding, feature improvements, and novel workflow solutions.
- Leverage AI to address real-world industry problems.
- Contribute to and help maintain our Document Crunch design system and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in application design, with a strong focus on B2B products.
- Portfolio: A collection of your work and insight into your design process.
- Collaboration: Effective communication and proven experience working with engineers and product teams.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and solving customer issues.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX methodologies and a willingness to try new approaches.
- Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Adaptability: A keen ability to learn new tools and flexibility to adapt to evolving processes.
