Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer and Webflow Specialist to join our team. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including visual designs for digital and print media and website design and development using Webflow.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong portfolio and hands-on experience in graphic design, Webflow development, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Social Media Assets: Design engaging visuals for social platforms.
- Print Materials: Develop branded content such as business cards, T-shirt designs, and marketing materials.
- Templates: Create and maintain Canva templates for YouTube thumbnails, customer quotes, and other visual assets.
- Marketing Assets: Produce content for print ads, direct mailers, and product shots.
- Video Editing: Support marketing demos with basic video editing.
Webflow Development
- Website Creation: Design, build, and update websites and landing pages using Webflow.
- Optimization: Ensure SEO-friendly, high-performance web pages.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified brand across all digital platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and development teams to implement new website features.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience in Webflow development.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro (preferred).
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience growing social media accounts and enhancing online presence.
- Proven ability to craft marketing plans that drive revenue or engagement.
- Leadership experience in managing marketing initiatives.
- Skills to produce market-specific content tailored to diverse audiences.
