Role Overview
Fortreum seeks a creative and strategic Digital Designer to enhance its digital marketing and branding efforts in the cybersecurity space. As a key contributor, you will design and produce impactful visuals, campaigns, and assets that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Branding:
  • Craft compelling graphics, layouts, and web designs adhering to brand guidelines.
• Web Design & Maintenance:
  • Develop, update, and optimize website designs for seamless functionality and responsiveness.
• Video Production:
  • Collaborate on video content, from storyboarding to editing, producing high-quality visuals for marketing and technical services.
• Campaign Support:
  • Design creative assets for SEO, email campaigns, paid media, and social platforms, ensuring cross-channel consistency.
• Audience Research:
  • Conduct UX and visual research to align designs with audience preferences in cybersecurity and compliance.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create assets that communicate effectively.
• Data-Driven Design:
  • Analyze design performance using metrics, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay Current:
  • Keep updated on industry trends and innovative tools within cybersecurity design.
• Tool Management:
  • Manage design and web development platforms for efficient project execution.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 7–10 years of web and graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in the cybersecurity, technology, or cloud services sectors.
• Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and WordPress.
  • Proven ability to produce visually engaging video content with expertise in editing and post-production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital asset optimization.
• Attributes:
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks, and cloud technologies.
