We’re looking for an experienced UX Copywriter to join our Product Marketing team. You’ll create clear, compelling and user-centered copy to drive product success, user adoption and sales.
In this full-time role, you’ll report to our Product Marketing Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Product and E-shop, to deliver persuasive copy that enhances the user journey.

👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor
- Craft Engaging Copy: Write persuasive, user-focused copy and use storytelling to highlight our unique value propositions and connect with potential customers across different channels:
- Trezor.io: Develop compelling website copy and content for the homepage, FAQs, feature highlights, meta tags and descriptions, as well as detailed product information
- E-commerce: Write SEO-driven product descriptions for new products, bundles and accessories for Trezor Shop
- Storefronts: Optimize listings for Amazon, BestBuy and third-party resellers
- Simplify Complex Topics: Break down complex and highly technical concepts into clear, accessible language that resonates with a broad audience
- Align Messaging: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the copy reflects the product’s positioning & messaging, resonates with users and meets their needs
- Maintain Consistency: Keep a consistent brand voice and style across all content, ensuring clarity, readability and usability across all touchpoints
💪 What do we need from you?
- Skills:
- Native or certified C2 English skills (perfect written language)
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise and compelling copy
- Experience writing for both marketing and UX contexts, with a deep understanding of how language impacts user experience
- Strong SEO knowledge and ability to optimize content for search engines
- Proven track record of balancing brand voice with technical accuracy in copy
- Strong teamwork and collaborative capability
- Problem-solving Mindset: Demonstrate the ability to interpret feedback from team members and stakeholders, analyze the underlying issues or needs and take proactive, thoughtful action to address challenges and improve outcomes
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or hardware security is a plus
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and bring ideas to life
- Tools: Proficient in content creation tools and CMS platforms
