Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance websites in Webflow
• Create visually captivating interfaces with animations and interactions
• Develop reusable components to improve workflow efficiency
• Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to bring creative ideas to life
• Keep up with Webflow’s latest features and suggest innovative solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in Webflow, including advanced interactions and animations
• Proficiency with motion libraries like GSAP
• Strong skills in performance optimization, asset management, and SEO
• Familiarity with UI/UX design, especially in translating designs to Webflow
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and some JavaScript
• React or Next.js experience is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning

Salary Ranges

• Junior: 1,300 - 2,000 EUR gross
• Mid-level: 2,100 - 3,000 EUR gross
• Senior: 3,100 - 4,000+ EUR gross
