Our Hiring Process

At INFUSE, we value the human touch in every step of our hiring process.

1. Application Review:
   Every application is carefully reviewed by our experienced recruiting professionals—no automated machine learning tools here. We believe every candidate is unique and deserves thoughtful consideration.
2. Video Interview:
   Selected candidates will be invited to submit a video interview for our hiring manager’s review. This may be followed by a test or project to evaluate your suitability for the role.
3. Live Interviews:
   Candidates advancing past initial evaluations will meet with our hiring manager and/or team. We conduct all interviews live (via Zoom or in-person). We never use text messages, Telegram, or similar platforms for interviews, nor do we make hiring decisions without meeting you face-to-face.
4. Final Decision:
   If both sides are excited about the prospect of working together, we’ll discuss your offer. We want to ensure you feel welcomed and confident joining the INFUSE family.

Position: B2B Content Writer
INFUSE is seeking an experienced B2B content writer to craft compelling, high-quality long-form content, including eBooks, white papers, guides, infographics, and articles. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong research capabilities, and the ability to adapt to diverse industries and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging and accurate long-form B2B content tailored to various industries.
• Conduct in-depth research to produce well-informed and authoritative pieces.
• Adapt writing style and tone to meet specific client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Essential:
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Native-level English proficiency (C1 minimum).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B content writing.
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Preferred:
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Familiarity with writing for various industries and client types.
