Role Overview:

As a Copywriter at Code3, you’ll work with a range of clients to shape and execute their copy strategy and identity across digital platforms. You’re an expert storyteller and sharp communicator, capable of bringing your ideas to life while collaborating to bring concepts to reality. If you’re passionate about social media, up-to-date with digital trends, and familiar with web and commerce channels (like Amazon), this is the role for you. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be someone who takes initiative, obsessing over the details, and executes quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concepting & Copywriting: Write compelling copy across various mediums for multiple clients (websites, social media, retailers, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute concepts.
  • Brand Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for clients.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and preferences.
  • Ownership of Copy: Take copy from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Client Presentations: Present and articulate concepts, incorporating client feedback.
  • Creative Decks: Create and present pitches and creative reviews for both client and internal review.
  • Project Management: Manage creative delivery schedules for your work and coordinate with peers.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage creative assets and deliverables.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and use performance data to refine your work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in Social Media Account Coordination.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere (video editing).
  • Planning experience for video and photo shoots.
  • Expertise in social media, digital media, and creative execution.
  • Strong skills in Google Docs (especially Google Slides).
  • Solid analytical and project management skills.

Salary Information:

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $82,000, based on experience and location.
