What You'll Do:

• Web Development & Design:
  Create and optimize websites and landing pages using Webflow, ensuring high-quality design and seamless functionality.
• Strategy & Collaboration:
  Collaborate on design strategies for conversions, work closely with the PPC team, and integrate compelling content and copy into each project.
• Tracking & Analytics:
  Set up essential tracking systems with pixel integrations, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking software. Implement element IDs for precise conversion tracking.
• SEO Optimization:
  Perform basic on-site SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, and structured data to improve organic visibility.
• Process Improvement:
  Actively monitor, improve, and propose new workflows to drive efficiency. We value innovation and a proactive approach over simply following instructions.
• Team Collaboration:
  As part of a small, versatile team, you may occasionally assist with other tasks to support our broader goals.

  Excellent spoken and written English for effective communication with our clients and team.
