Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Webflow Developer to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you’ll build and enhance responsive websites, optimize them for performance and SEO, and create dynamic communication platforms for our projects.
This position requires in-office work in Stratford three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites in Webflow, ensuring top-tier user experience, performance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to translate design concepts into interactive web experiences.
- Maintain and update Webflow sites with fresh, optimized content.
- Implement SEO strategies and ensure site structure supports search engine rankings.
- Integrate third-party tools and services (e.g., forms, analytics, CRM systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website development and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web performance optimization.
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or a willingness to learn advanced skills to expand Webflow capabilities).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Detail-oriented, delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or CMS platforms beyond Webflow.
- Experience with integrations like CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or custom APIs.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and implementation.
