The Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning and high-performing websites using Webflow. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and business development specialists to translate creative concepts into responsive, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Webflow Development: Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring top-notch performance and seamless user experience.
• Design Integration: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to integrate design concepts into functional websites that align with our brand’s vision.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and business development to understand project requirements and implement solutions.
• Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve website issues, bugs, and other technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, industry trends, and emerging web technologies to continually enhance your skills and our service offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in Webflow development with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
• Design Sensibility: Ability to interpret design mockups and translate them into clean, functional web pages.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
