Role Overview – UX Writer
We’re seeking an empathetic, customer-centric UX Writer to join our Product & Engineering team. You’ll focus on improving the user experience of our skill-based talent management platform for corporate clients. By collaborating with Product Designers and other UX Writers, you’ll create intuitive user journeys for a global audience.
This hybrid role is based in Nihombashi, Tokyo, reporting to the Head of Product in Dojo.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence product strategy and design to align with customer needs.
- Shape the content design and information architecture to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with the Product Design team to craft intuitive user journeys in English.
Our Design Tools
- Figma: For Hi/Lo-fi design outputs and journey designs.
- FigJam: For facilitation and workshops.
- Atlassian suite: To track design activities within Agile Scrum frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Native-level English speaking and writing skills.
- 6+ years in UX, marketing, communications, journalism, or similar fields.
