What You’ll Be Doing:
- Refactor and maintain technical support Wiki aligned with internal style guides.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure documentation covers all product and service aspects.
- Develop technical documentation, process guides, and descriptions in partnership with Technical Support managers.
- Create visual assets, including UML and BPMN charts.
- Conduct ongoing content audits to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Process and act on feedback regarding existing materials.
- Assist in developing training materials and supporting documents.
- Enhance content management strategies with Technical Support managers.
About You:
- B2-level proficiency or higher with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3+ years of experience in technical documentation creation and management.
- Expertise in Atlassian products, especially Confluence.
- Knowledge of documentation strategies and content management systems.
- Proven ability to simplify and organize complex information for varied audiences.
- Experience maintaining a Knowledge Base (KB) and managing knowledge processes to ensure accessible, accurate documentation.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding consistent documentation standards.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Programming knowledge (theoretical or practical).
- Experience with Git.
- Familiarity with HTML.
- Understanding of the RESTful API concept.
