Experience & Qualifications Required

5+ years of experience in visual/digital design.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience in digital design projects, including complex system design (atomic design structures) and responsive platform/application design.
Experience working in iterative design processes within delivery teams.
Collaborative mindset for working with cross-discipline teams, vendors, and contractors.
Strong presentation skills, organizational abilities, and written communication.
Prior experience in an Agile delivery environment.
Proficiency in Thai and English communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop original concepts that enhance simplicity, user-friendliness, and delight while aligning with product branding.
Create high-fidelity visual designs across stages, including concept ideation, moodboards, prototypes, and final delivery.
Lead the design and implementation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
Foster and elevate innovative design thinking within the broader business.
Stay updated on UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with wireframing tools like Mockplus, Adobe XD, OmniGraffle, Mockingbird, Flinto, and Principle.
Knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Familiarity with project/task management tools like JIRA.
Experience in financial services (a plus but not mandatory).
