Role Overview

We’re seeking a freelance designer to join our team. In this role, you'll bring your expertise in designing complex websites and web applications, combining an eye for aesthetics with a deep understanding of usability. From conceptualization to execution, you’ll guide the design process, ensuring an impactful and user-centered experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver designs for websites and web apps, working across the entire design process.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and feedback sessions to inform and refine your work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and feasible designs.
• Creative Contributions: Utilize skills in branding or motion design to elevate our outputs.
• Team Advocacy: Share knowledge and insights to uplift the team’s skill set and advocate for design excellence.
• Web Technology Alignment: Leverage a deep understanding of web technologies to create practical and innovative designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing complex websites and web applications.
• Proficiency with Figma as your primary design tool.
• Strong understanding of user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
• Experience in branding or motion design is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies to inform your design decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
