Position: UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of diverse, cutting-edge projects. The primary focus will be on healthcare solutions powered by generative AI, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking innovation.

This role involves close collaboration with an international team to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that align with project requirements and guidelines.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Knowledge of maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI wireframes in Figma, adhering to project-specific requirements.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Independently design web applications, focusing on quick prototyping and demo-building.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design alignment and successful implementation of user-centered designs.
• Apply UX principles to enhance user experiences across healthcare-focused projects.
• Provide input on usability testing and user research to refine and optimize designs.
