The Content Writer II role within the Consumer Experience team focuses on crafting educational and impactful content to support multiple clients’ benefits strategies. Acting as a consultant, this role combines expertise in communication, benefits knowledge, and English language mastery to create engaging, employee-facing communications tailored to each client’s culture, tone, and style. Strong client relationships and effective presentation of content strategies are essential for success in this role.
