Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and oversee web-design projects using Webflow and Figma to create exceptional designs.
• Collaborate with the founder to define design direction and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Act as a design leader, delivering top-tier work and fostering team growth.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow and Figma, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Exceptional graphic design skills, capable of crafting visually engaging digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Webflow: Components, Client First(!), CMS, and more.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization techniques.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a significant plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and equipped with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Located in Europe.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in creating social media graphics.
• Familiarity with Canva for simple client templates.
• Additional expertise in graphic design.
