Key Responsibilities

• Interactive Prototyping: Build and test interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life.
• UI/UX Design: Conceptualize, design, and assist in implementing intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences.
• Creative Solutions: Innovate with new ideas and design improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to align with project objectives.
• Source Preparation: Prepare source files for development and ensure designs are implementation-ready.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain multi-component design systems and guides to ensure visual and interaction consistency.
• Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals and messaging.
• Developer Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide implementation guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a UI/UX Designer.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the iGaming, gamedev, or betting industries.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing real-world designs.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Sketch/InVision.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Skilled in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design Systems: Experience in developing and understanding multi-component design systems.
• HTML/CSS Basics: Familiarity with the fundamentals of HTML/CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers.
