Senior Product Designer Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help revolutionize behavioral health. This role involves creating intuitive, user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop seamless experiences that align with our mission. This role reports to the Head of Product Design and involves both leading design projects and contributing to team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design & Research: Create engaging, user-friendly product experiences based on thorough user research and data analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to design features that drive measurable outcomes.
- Innovation & Iteration: Lead projects to introduce new features while improving existing ones.
- Artifacts Creation: Develop UX briefs, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed specs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present designs to leadership and cross-functional teams, advocating for high-quality standards.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize and enhance our design system and stay informed about industry trends.
Success Metrics
- Quickly integrate into the design team, actively participating in collaboration and feedback sessions.
- Partner with a product manager to lead the discovery and execution of UX/UI designs for a product squad.
- Deliver thoughtful, user-centered designs with a focus on seamless user experiences and strong visual interfaces.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5–7 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI).
- A strong portfolio showcasing results-driven designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma) and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, including UX writing.
Preferred:
- Background in enterprise, SaaS, or systems design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and emerging technologies.
- Experience mentoring designers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$145,000.
- Work Environment: Flexible hybrid model.
