Paper Giant uses design and technology to help organizations understand, imagine, and change. Known for expertise in strategic design, product strategy, co-design, and design research, we strive to create a positive impact by focusing on the perspectives and lived experiences of those affected by our projects.
In the past year, our projects have included developing a design system for one of Australia’s leading financial institutions, co-designing outcomes to support people transitioning from prison, and facilitating national discussions on energy performance.

Who We Are Looking For
As a Product Designer at Paper Giant, you’ll use your design expertise to solve complex client challenges. You’ll be a hands-on designer working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality work for clients in the government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. You’ll scope and define design approaches, prototype and design digital interfaces, and create pathways for change through effective design and storytelling.
You bring deep knowledge and experience in visual and communication design across various contexts and mediums, with an essential grounding in human-centered design methodologies.
