Product Designer Role

dv01 is seeking a creative and driven Product Designer to join our team in the finance tech sector. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on innovative financial products, helping shape intuitive user experiences for tools that redefine transparency in lending markets. You’ll work alongside product managers, developers, and senior designers to create impactful designs while growing your skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for financial tools, ensuring seamless usability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user behavior and refine designs.
• Align designs with business goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
• Collaborate with senior designers to iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance a cohesive design system for consistent user experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product design and finance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in finance or tech.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience in the finance or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accessibility standards.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 (final offer depends on experience and expertise).
