As a Lead UX Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting intuitive and delightful experiences for millions of users, driving the company’s vision of financial inclusion for all Indians.

Responsibilities

1. Understanding User Needs:
   • Deep dive into the ‘why’ behind design decisions.
   • Use user insights and behavioral patterns to create effective solutions.
   • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, sketching ideas, and problem-solving.
2. Design Excellence:
   • Translate user flows into intuitive, consistent, and delightful screens.
   • Ensure seamless use case handling and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and CX teams to align on design visions.
   • Collaborate effectively to bring designs to life.
4. Mentorship:
   • Guide and support junior designers to enhance their craft and align with project goals.
5. Post-Launch Insights:
   • Track growth and usability metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
   • Iterate designs based on performance data and user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience:
   • 6+ years of experience in software product design (experience in consumer products is a plus).
2. Portfolio:
   • Strong portfolio showcasing work on intuitive, beautiful, and impactful designs.
3. Technical Proficiency:
   • Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, and animation tools such as Principle, After Effects, and ProtoPie.
4. Design Skills:
   • Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, and visual design principles.
5. Business Acumen:
   • Ability to balance design decisions with business objectives.
6. Problem-Solving:
   • Adept at finding creative solutions and handling complex design challenges.
7. Collaborative Spirit:
   • A team player who can align stakeholders and communicate effectively.
