- Study design briefs, follow brand guidelines, and populate production templates for consistency.
- Develop and execute motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and brand coherence.
- Design static and animated retail signage, presentations, and marketing collateral for both print and digital media.
- Conceptualize high-impact visuals that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Prepare rough drafts, mood boards, and prototypes to present ideas to the Marketing and Operations team.
- Create high-quality illustrations, logos, icons, and infographics in alignment with brand identity.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) to craft multiplatform designs.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop cohesive designs.
- Test graphics across various media (web, social, print, presentations) to ensure quality, responsiveness, and clarity.
- Amend designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining a strong design vision.
- Maintain a comprehensive design asset library, ensuring proper organization and easy access for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure final graphics and animations are visually appealing, technically optimized, and on-brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate design, branding, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects for motion graphics, as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in video editing and animation to create polished, brand-aligned motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a corporate environment.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
