About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer at Supabase, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s visual storytelling across a range of mediums, including presentations, printed materials, YouTube content, and conference assets. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, Success, and Enterprise teams, you’ll create compelling visuals that help engage the developer community and amplify Supabase’s brand across various touchpoints—be it events, swag, or conferences.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Supabase’s story is told cohesively through impactful and consistent visual communication that resonates with our audience. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and execute creative projects, ensuring high standards of design in everything from polished presentations to printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create engaging visual narratives for a variety of formats.
- Work across multiple channels including print, video, and digital media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Events) to develop assets that align with Supabase’s brand identity.
- Ensure that all designs are on-brand and consistent with Supabase’s visual identity.
- Focus on attention to detail, maintaining high standards for design quality across all formats and channels.
- Work on print materials with a strong understanding of print quality (e.g., paper gsm).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint).
- Strong creative storytelling skills with the ability to create cohesive and engaging visual narratives.
- Experience designing across different media: print, digital, and video.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of branding principles to maintain consistency in all visual materials.
- Attention to detail in ensuring design quality and consistency across all formats.
- A passion for print design and familiarity with print material specifics.

Process:
- Entirely remote process with communication through email and video calls.
- Initial screening interview followed by up to four follow-up interviews with the founders, a growth or engineering team member, and others from the team.
- Interviews usually take between 20–45 minutes, typically 1:1 with each interviewer.
- Once interviews are completed, the team may ask follow-up questions or make an offer directly.
