Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer – Reports Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on designing visually engaging and insightful reports, ensuring that complex data and key insights are effectively communicated through compelling graphics. The ideal candidate understands the importance of aligning visual elements with report content, making information more digestible and engaging for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing reports, infographics, and data visualizations that align with Lucidya’s branding and messaging.
• Read and analyze report content to create designs that accurately represent data insights.
• Collaborate with the content and data teams to ensure clarity, coherence, and impact of report visuals.
• Develop templates and guidelines for report designs to maintain consistency across all deliverables.
• Create engaging layouts, charts, and graphical elements that enhance readability and comprehension.
• Adapt complex datasets into user-friendly and visually engaging formats.
• Ensure all designs align with Lucidya’s brand identity, maintaining a professional and polished look.
• Work with marketing and communications teams to design presentation decks, social media visuals, and other marketing assets when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically for reports, data visualization, or corporate communications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of Data: Ability to interpret and translate data-driven insights into effective visuals.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, layout, and consistency in visual elements.
• Branding Knowledge: Understanding of brand identity and corporate design standards.
• Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and product teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Language: Fluency in English is required and Arabic.
