About the Position

As a Graphic Designer at Loyal Guru, you’ll:

• Create Visual Magic: Develop graphics and videos for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and sales enablement. Your designs will power everything from social media posts to detailed product videos.
• Own Our Visual Identity: Be the guardian of Loyal Guru’s brand, ensuring consistency and innovation in all designs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client departments to turn ideas into reality.
• Craft Content: Design decks, guides, PDFs, blog visuals, email assets, landing pages, and more.
• Innovate and Improve: Stay ahead of design trends to refine our visual storytelling.

What You’ll Need

• Figma Mastery: Expertise in crafting visually stunning and functional designs.
• Adobe CC Proficiency: Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• LinkedIn Content Expertise: Familiar with creating optimized, on-trend LinkedIn content.
• Canva Savvy: Quick and effective designs for various needs.
• SaaS Experience: 1-2 years designing for SaaS companies, with a standout portfolio.
• English Proficiency: Fluent (B2/C1 level).
• Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for typography and knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Adaptability: Thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Effectively collaborate with remote teams.
